The aim across everything we do is to facilitate and catalyse the transformation of our community into a society based on food quality, environmental care and inclusive, holistic thinking. We call it Soul & Soil-Based Living.
Discover Our Programs
Where we embrace Soul & Soil Based Living. Here, we model and educate agroecological environmental principles and values. Join us for a symbiotic relationship with our Mother Earth and to see how a farm can function as the cornerstone of the community.
Workshops
You can sign up for our seasonal workshop series. We need a minimum of 5 people per workshop to go ahead.
Franks Mentorship
The agricultural landscape can be full of advisers and reps convinced they know better. Find the confidence to say “no” to farmaceutical fertilisers and chemicals. Just sign up!
Summer Internships
Simply fill out our application form, and we’ll get you signed up for either early summer( before Christmas) or late summer(after Christmas). And you’ll be on your journey of ecological discovery.

Aprenticeship

We understand that everyone wants to live healthy, grow strong, in a clean environment with a vibrant community and circulating economies. In this time of change, things can feel uncertain. This is why we believe that building vibrant, self-sufficient communities will be the foundation of future resilience. We know that some scary narratives are floating around. We refuse to live in fear because we see every day that everything we need nature supplies, our earth is abundant, resilient and here to support us through life’s ups and downs. It has always been our intent to share this learning with like-minded people.

Our Dream
On the farm, our priority is to walk the talk and to be a part of creating the dream with others. Our dream is a world where people feel and act in a responsible manner, conscious of their own health and well-being, the health and well-being of the planet and of the universe. This requires a societal paradigm shift or a different worldview that includes a focus on food quality and inclusive thinking.
It’s an opportunity to develop communication skills, to listen, learn and expand your viewpoints which in turn may help you find new ways to approach new situations and deal with challenges.
Phone and or video support to answer your questions for the 1, 3, 6, or 12-month period on any aspect of your garden operation, guiding you to implement your plan.

Our Approach
An approach that focuses on experience-led guidance in plain language, we share and combine our knowledge and experience with yours to grow better food and communities together.
We are now in the position to offer advice on a personal level, but also in the form of various tailor-made training programs, including one-off talks/lectures, workshops or extended courses. Our teaching methodology is grounded in experiential learning. However, the approach is adjusted to take into account personal or group preferences, expectations and responses.
