Frank’s Mentorship Program 

Frank will be able to share his knowledge, experience, and organic business insider views to help you identify your goals and fulfil your potential.  It’s an opportunity to develop communication skills, to listen, learn and expand your viewpoints which in turn may help you find new ways to approach new situations and deal with challenges.

• One half-day on-site intimate meeting at your property per month with talks, tours and discussions.
• One half-day tour of our farm in relation to your questions. You can learn from other examples of how things can be done( action in practice). With discussions. 
• One call a week, for updates, follow-up questions and troubleshooting.

Phone and or video support to answer your questions for the 1, 3, 6, or 12-month period on any aspect of your garden operation, guiding you to implement your plan.
