In this workshop; we will learn to identify and harvest some wonderful “weeds” with first-aid properties. We will talk about how they have been used and what makes them special. Sanne will demonstrate how to make a simple poultice and we will enjoy a tea we have harvested.

Summer Internship 2024

Are you interested in growing and distributing healthy vegetables and fruits? Do you want to learn about agroecology, food sovereignty and sustainable food systems? Are you keen to tap into the knowledge of an experienced and innovative farmer?

In our 3-month summer internship training program we link practice with theory. Get your hands in the soil and experience the regenerative power that is in our internships!

We will have a two-week Christmas break from 20 December to 6 January.
