First Aid Foraging

We are all excited to be relearning to forage for food, well what about first aid?

In this workshop; we will learn to identify and harvest some wonderful “weeds” with first-aid properties. We will talk about how they have been used and what makes them special. Sanne will demonstrate how to make a simple poultice and we will enjoy a tea we have harvested.
