Herb Gardens & Workshops
I grow everything myself on the Wairarapa Eco Farm, where I have 3 herb gardens, a solar dryer, and processing space. I also have a glass distiller to produce my own essential oils and hydrosols!
By growing my own plants, I know and trust their quality. I bring my costs down by growing naturally; I can close loops, taking advantage of nature’s free ecosystem services. I therefore grow inherent vitality and abundance naturally.
This also allows me to live and work myself in greater symbiosis with Gaia. I take an Alchemical Approach to my gardens, plants and clients.
Healthy gardens can support healthy clients.
Clients can, in turn, support me to support my gardens and my other clients.
Together, we create a greater symbiosis and truly holistic health.

Holistic Health
Just like you are more than the sum of all your organs, so too are herbs more than their individual constituents. My gardens are also more than the individual plants – they, too, have an ecology and a constitution.

Alchemical Approach
Lost Western herbalism had an Alchemical background, just like modern science did. Chemistry still bears the name from alchemy, derived from Khem, the ancient Egyptian term for black land. Black because the Nile River deposited fertile silt over the land. All for spirit, for life and living, growth and change.

Homegrown & Handcrafted
I grow my own plants in my agroecological herb gardens on the Wairarapa Eco Farm, which has been certified organic for 25 years. I dry, process, and craft as much as possible myself so that I can guarantee you ecological, healthy, and non-toxic products.
Why I found nature’s path
Even though I grew up on an organic farm, and eating fresh organic fruit and vegetables. Even though I feel I was destined for this path, I only truly started exploring this plant path because I was overwhelmed by my menstrual cycles. I had overdone the paracetamol to the point my stomach could not handle it anymore, and I preferred the pain and discomfort of my cramps. I had developed a belief that it was a punishment and I deserved to be in pain, so I left myself there.
To health, vitality, and balance
I had abandoned myself. Slowly, one clue at a time, I realised this was nonsense, a lie I was telling myself. I found the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and the Shakti School. Collecting my herb allies, my herb gardens grew and, bit by bit, step by step, I gained a greater understanding of my body and how to help myself.
